Alexander Bublik, the Kazakhstan star, recently gave his thoughts about the 21-time Grand Slam champion, Novak Djokovic. Despite Djokernole’s achievements on the tour, Bublik refused to consider the legendary Serbian “cool” due to various reasons.

Djokovic is well known for his aggressive demeanor on court. At the US Open 2020, the Serb was ousted from the tournament for accidentally hitting a line judge.
Bublik has a strong opinion about the ‘Serbinator,’ Novak Djokovic
Recently, the 21-time Grand Slam winner advanced to the finals at Tel Aviv after beating the Russian player Roman Safiullin. However, it has been a disappointing season for the legendary Serbian. Throughout this season, Novak Djokovic‘s unvaccinated stance has forced him out of some major tournaments. Earlier this year, he was denied participation in the Australian Open 2022.
During an interview with Clay Tenis, Bublik was quoted ,“I wouldn’t really say he’s cool, he’s 35 years old, he can’t be cool at that age, and he’s also the father of two children.” Despite such claims, Bublik soon praised Djokovic by saying, “He is a great gentleman, a proud tennis player and father, and a great athlete.”
Djokovic defeated Bublik in straight sets in the Davis Cup 2021 semifinals, giving Serbia the victory.

Djokovic has a habit of losing his cool during matches
At the Cincinnati Masters 2018, Djokovic smashed his racquet into two after he was broken in a set by Milos Raonic. However, he showed his class later in the tournament as he beat Roger Federer to claim the title. Djokovic lost his cool several times during his Wimbledon 2018 match against Japanese Kei Nishikori as well.
