Call of Duty Warzone faced a severe bug after the arrival of season six. Minor bugs and glitches are very common in games, but sometimes, bugs can affect the game meta to such a level that it becomes non-playable. Call of Duty Warzone suffered a similar fate due to the latest infinite stims glitch in the game. Players were avoiding the game because of its broken meta and Infinity Ward finally took care of the issue.

Surprisingly, the bug that broke the game is a simple one. Players had to throw a grenade and re-grab it until it exploded. Once they were down, their teammates could pick them up and they’d have an unlimited supply of stims.
Stims are tactical equipment that help in healing wounds and refreshing tactical sprint. With unlimited stims, players were healing in the gas and winning without competing. Also, this bug was working for other tactical items like stun and flash grenades.
Infinity Ward thanks the Call of Duty Warzone players for their patience
A lot of players have complained about the mass-exploitation of the bug in the game. Unfortunately, in every match lobby, at least one player was using the bug, which completely ruined fair play and competitiveness of the battle royale. Despite dominating for the whole match, and getting high kills, players were losing to someone healing unconditionally in the gas.
Infinity Ward finally deployed the fix and thanked the players again for their support and patience. The developers will also continue to monitor user feedback to avoid any such situations in the future.
Thank you again for your support and patience while we worked to resolve this issue. We're happy to say that a fix has been deployed and we'll continue to monitor your feedback. Please reach out to @ATVIAssist if you experience any further issues. https://t.co/Wv2iNHCxIi

Fans are unhappy with the CoD developers
Despite Infinity Ward thanking the players for their patience, the Call of Duty user base seems very dissatisfied with the Modern Warfare developers. Apart from such bugs, there are other consistent problems in the game, like hackers.
Fans and even pros like Ninja have talked about hacking in Call of Duty Warzone, but unfortunately, developers do not seem very concerned about the matter. Even for the stims glitch, fans are hoping that Infinity Ward takes some strict action against the bug exploiters.
