Call of Duty Warzone leaker ModernWarzone had previously made claims about private lobbies coming to the game. This is something players have wanted for a long time in the game. Private matches are not uncommon as a feature in most multiplayer games.
Now it seems like Modern Warzone’s claim is coming true?this time around.

Two CoD players have sent a video to Modern Warzone’s twitter, who claim to be the original founders of this glitch. In the video, they show how Warzone players can use the glitch to access private matches and also add people in the lobby.

The players who discovered this glitch played a mini royale game where they added 24 players in the lobby. This might be the second time anything related to private lobbies can be seen in the game. This might well be the first concrete step towards the game having a private lobby option. This can also suggest that Warzone might have a private lobby option once it transitions into the Cold War era.

It is not unnatural for a game to reveal future additions through glitches. And with the number of times it has been requested, Warzone will definitely be liked a lot more with the option for private matches.
The reasons are varied as to why private matches are necessary. It can be because people desire to play the game casually but cannot due to SBMM. Also, egg-hunting, content creation, or competing in local tournaments, everything becomes easier and possible with this option.
It is to be noted that Infinity Ward never expressed the desire for any private lobbies so this as well might be a misleading glitch.
