Call Of Duty Modern Warfare recently got a major update called the ‘Season 4 Reloaded’ which came with a ton of new weapon updates, a new map, and a new Easter egg as well. Along with the update, Infinity Ward also tweaked a lot of weapons that needed work.

One of the biggest reasons for the success of Modern Warfare and Warzone is that Infinity Ward has been very proactive in responding to players? queries and constantly making improvements. This shows they care about the user experience as much as the players do.

They released a small patch a couple of hours ago which they announced via Twitter. The tweet read:

A small patch is deploying now across all platforms that fixes two issues we’ve been tracking in #ModernWarfare: Thank you for your reports and feedback! – Fix for the Realism Moshpit playlist not rotating modes – Fix for the CDL playlist not functioning as intended

Infinity Ward had announced that they planned to make the Realism Moshpit a permanent playlist option sometime back.

Shortly after that, they had a message for us in another tweet which mentioned

A playlist update for #ModernWarfare is also deploying now across all platforms that: – Removes the Shoot the Ship playlist – Shipment (5v5) and Shoot House (8v8) are now separate playlists Don’t forget, our 2XP, 2WXP, and 2X Tiers weekend starts tomorrow at 10AM PDT!

People were extremely happy with this update by the studio and expressed their excitement.

Players were unhappy that the studio did not roll out weapon tweaks in the original Season 4 update. But the Reloaded update fulfills their wish. Some of the notable tweaks made were:

Notable Weapon Tweaks in Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Season 4 Reloaded

The M4 will perform an AR magazine reload when attempting to reload the underbarrel launcher while you have the 50 Round Mag attachment equipped. This has been fixed.

Stopping Power is now applied to headshots. Only certain weapons can go from a 2-shot to a 1-shot headshot, like the FAL and Oden. This fixes a few cases where headshots could sometimes do less damage than body shots when using Stopping Power.

The constant urge to keep on improving has proven to be fruitful for Infinity Ward as Modern Warfare has become largely popular among the fans. Hopefully, they will continue to do so in the future.
