Call of Duty Mobile Season 2 is just a few weeks away and we already know a lot about it. CoDM opened the public test build sometime ago for content review and most of the Season 2 intel is from that source.

We have a new Operator Skill, Bull Charge coming to the game, along with three new perks. However, today, CoDM’s official Twitter account teased a new weapon. While they did not confirm the name, it took little to guess the familiar assault rifle. The AS-VAL of Modern Warfare fame is coming to the game next season.

While it is a no-brainer for most CoD enthusiasts, CoDM fans who keep themselves updated with the leaks are already aware of its Mythic version. Few weeks ago, a popular leaker posted gameplay footage of the Mythic AS-VAL. Though it was not a complete version of the gun, the camo might be the best mythic in the game. Its kill effects resemble those of the Gravity Vortex gun. Watch the gameplay below.

Another CoDM tweet has also teased a fresh addition to the game. In the trailer for the new map, Shoot House, there is a voice line that is a dead giveaway for a fan-favorite character. The last line in that trailer says, “Let’s get evil”, which was made famous by none other than Alex Mason from Modern Warfare. The same line was also part of Modern Warfare 2019’s Season 3 cinematic cutscene.

After Ghost, Alex Mason might be the next popular Operator in CoDM and might be included in the Season 2 Battle Pass.
