Call of Duty Mobile Anniversary season is coming right up in two days’ time. The biggest event of the year for the game will see the introduction of a lot of new items. From new operator skills to new weapons, the hype around this season is huge.
Earlier today, the game requested an update in the App Store or Google Play Store. The size of the update was shy of one gig of data. With this update came a lot of fresh additions in the game. For starters, the loading screen has changed. Furthermore, the multiplayer mode, ‘Cranked’, is now officially live. We still have two days left for the anniversary, yet the game is already giving us new content.
The update has also refreshed the login rewards for this month. As usual, on the 24th day there is a free epic character and this time it will be Outrider- Dark Strobe.

This update has also changed the gunsmith significantly, which we can explore more of only when the new season officially launches. For now, players can read each aspect of an attachment from a menu in Gunsmith. So if anybody from Season 9 wants to know what ‘ADS Bullet Spread Accuracy’ means, they can now simply read about it.
The Call of Duty Mobile Arsenal
The principal attraction of this update, however, is something else altogether, and the devs haven’t added it in totality yet. The ‘Arsenal’ option is in the game and this is something CODM players have not experienced before.
This feature will allow players to modify and upgrade legendary weapons. All players can view all the legendary weapons in the arsenal right from the first season. However, the modifications are not available at the moment.

As per leaks, a new rarity of weapons has arrived with the arsenal. CODM players can now collect ‘Mythic’ weapons. The leaks also suggest the ‘Fennec- Ascended’ SMG will be the first Mythic weapon.
