Chicago Huntsmen have shown some really good form at the Call of Duty League 2020 playoffs. Their latest feat was eliminating OpTic Gaming Los Angeles from the League. The match went to the 11th round and ended in a 1v1 between Thomas ‘TJHaly’ Haly from OpTic Gaming Los Angeles and Dylan ?Envoy? Hannon from the Chicago Huntsmen.

Presenting such performance involves putting in a lot of training hours, which means a well-explained absence from streaming and content creation. The captain of Huntsmen, Seth ?Scump? Abner, tweeted admitting he could not produce content consistently due to the playoffs. However, he assured his fans that he would start rolling out content regularly in September.

Call of Duty League playoffs
With their recent victory against OpTic, the team is now one step closer to the CDL Finals. However, they still have to defeat London Royal Ravens next. Then, they will have to defeat whichever team loses in the Atlanta FaZe vs. Dallas Empire match.
Fans have been really supportive of Scump, as usual. One of them even compared the victory against OGLA to the beat-down sequence from the recent Batman teaser. Note the subtitle that says, “You aren’t the real OpTic”.

Some notable replies to his tweet came from high-profile gamers like 100T’s Nadeshot and Methodz from the Toronto Ultra CoD team. It is funny how Methodz just tagged along when Nadeshot asked if Scump will play Warzone with him in September.

The League picks up on the 29th of this month. Till then, GG Huntsmen!
