The Call of Duty League saw its London Home Series Finals this Sunday, where Dallas Empire had a seemingly easy victory over Paris. They won the finals 3-0 in a fairly comfortable fashion. Dallas started the tournament with a 3-1 victory over Paris Legion, in Group B. They comfortably defeated the New York Subliners in Round 2 with a 3-0 victory.
As fate would have it, they then faced bitter rivals Florida Mutineers and dominated them by taking the game in a 3-0 wipeout. Interestingly enough, the Mutineers looked world-class as they won two consecutive tournaments; the Minnesota Home Series and the Paris Home Series.

Atlanta Faze is still on top with 250 CDL points. Dallas Empire, with their win in the London series, is right on their tail with 240 points. Florida and Chicago both have 220 points and take the third and fourth spots, respectively. The Subliners are 5 with 140 points and the London Royal Ravens in 6 place with 120 points.
The battle for the Playoff spot continues as Empire has disrupted the table with their win in London. They now sit in second place, just 10 points behind Faze. However, they have no breathing space and will have to win more matches with the Mutineers and Huntsmen right behind them, with just a 20 point difference. It looks highly likely that Faze and Empire can qualify for the Winner?s Round 3 in the playoffs but things are all the more difficult for the Mutineers.

The Toronto Series is the last tournament before the playoffs, and it is crucial for all the teams to perform their best in order to get the best playoffs spots.
Even Toronto Ultra, who currently sits on the 10 position can theoretically be in the winners round 1 if they manage to win their own home series. The possibilities are endless, and we could see completely different results than predicted in the final tournament. The Toronto leg starts on July 24, 2020. Stay tuned for more updates.
