It is a 6v6 map that takes place in the setting of a futuristic LA transit station. The map has a lot of spots for hiding, camping, holding, and climbing. With trains having windows and long-range settings, fights in Express will be much more dynamic. So make sure to have both a long-range and a short-range weapon in your loadout as you drop into the map.
Basic strategies for the Express map in Black Ops Cold War
The rotations are fairly easy to memorize, as it is a symmetrical map. Moreover, the distance between two points is very short, making the rotations faster. Therefore, always ensure you have a plan before the opponents make their move.
Players can play most of the Black Ops Cold War multiplayer modes on the new map. While the Search and Destroy mode is pretty straightforward, things get tricky when it comes to Domination and Hardpoint.
The B site in Domination mode is situated right in the middle. Expect heavy crossfire while trying to capture the site. Therefore, ensure a teammate spawn traps the opponents while others make smart use of their tactical equipment to capture B.
Finally, the Hardpoint mode takes players into various short-range combats. Players often use explosives to clear out the point. Ensure you are far away from them or have an SMG and Flak Jacket if you want to be a part of the action.

Things to keep in mind while playing Express map in Cold War
The basic tip while playing any Black Ops Cold War map is to get a height advantage. Express, just like any other map, has many spots that players can climb on top of. Find these spots in practice so that you have the upper hand on opponents.
The use of tactical equipment provides a lot of value in a fairly closed and compact map like Express. The frags and molotovs will land exactly where players want them to, inflicting serious damage on opponents.

Another thing to keep in mind is that players can avoid most aerial scorestreaks as the map has enough overhead cover. Therefore, while equipping them, keep in mind that the real combat will take place on the ground.
Wreak havoc with all these tips as you drop into your next game of Express in Black Ops Cold War. Those who have purchased the game can get the map for absolutely no additional cost. Make sure to keep switching between Express and the new Firebase Z Zombies DLC to keep things spicy.
