Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish has revealed that they are trying to get the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder, Yohan Cabaye to Selhurst Park this summer. A bid for the 29-year old was launched in early June and things have progressed a lot up till this moment. Yohan Cabaye, might make a Premier League return.

Having played under the current Palace’s current manager Alan Pardew at his time in St James Park, Cabaye already shares a strong relationship with him. Considering that, Crystal Palace might actually pull this deal off which would very much strengthen their midfield.

“Yohan Cabaye is definitely one we’d like to do,” Steve Parish said. “It would be a massive thing for the club obviously because he’s a seasoned international”

Cabaye spent 3 years with Newcastle before joining the Ligue 1 giants, Paris Saint-Germain. With them, he has two Ligue 1 titles, Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue. He is a magician with the ability to create amazing chances and wonder through balls to outfield strikers.

Joining Crystal Palace is looking very likely for the Frenchman considering the fact that it would help them accomplish something they very well hope to in the upcoming premiership season and finish in the first Top 10 in the league.
