Buddy Matthews fka Buddy Murphy got released a couple of months ago during the “budget cuts”. Buddy recently even released a new theme. We have since noticed Buddy through his social media handles. He started off by bulking himself up and this came as a surprise to a lot of fans. Buddy during his time in WWE was a regular on 205 live for most of his career.
He even revealed that he had to cut a lot of weight to wrestle on 205 live. They even noticed Buddy as a hot prospect, which helped get his break on the main roster. Buddy initially was in a perpetual feud with Aleister Black, and the matches were rated well too. Both men had chemistry and fed off each other pretty well. Murphy would then move on to being the disciple of Seth Rollins. This probably brought him the most success.
