What should Ole do to change the situation at Manchester United?

Even though Ronaldo has scored goals for United to take them home, there have been doubts about Sancho and Varane. Despite Varane being a talented defender, his injury record is not good on paper. Moreover, Sancho has not been featured in games as even though he was labeled a key signing for the club.
