Following years of anticipation, Cyberpunk 2077 has finally hit the stores. Just before the official release, some of the most popular streamers around the world received early access to the game. As a result, they could stream it beforehand and clarify any doubts that the fans had regarding it.
The Twitch-DMCA fiasco had caused an unexpected upheaval among the Twitch streamers. Surprisingly, even the biggest names on the platform are on the verge of facing a permanent ban. However, CD Projekt RED promised to not pose any such problems for the streamers with its latest title.
The “Disable Copyrighted Music” feature in Cyberpunk 2077 helps the streamers to avoid any DMCA strike on their channels. However, the developers recently discovered a blunder where the first two Braindance sequences play copyrighted music even with the “Disable Copyrighted Music” on.

In a recent tweet, Cyberpunk 2077 apologized for the same and requested the streamers to be aware while they’re working on a fix.
We just noticed there's a song in the game which might put a DMCA strike on your channel even when playing with “Disable Copyrighted Music” option on. While we work on fixing it, please make sure to turn the sound off during the first two Braindance sequences. Apologies! pic.twitter.com/yfP6Tbdta0

A DMCA strike could be the least of the concerns for Cyberpunk 2077 fans at the moment
Even though the developers were quick to address the aforementioned issue, there are far more serious problems that need CD Projekt RED‘s attention. Apparently, its action RPG has been an immense disappointment for the previous-gen console users.
A lot of them have complained about the game’s poor performance on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Fix the graphics holy shit they are trash. What was the point of the delay

Why is the game 20fps and almost 720p on xbox one? Will you release a patch or we'll play the game like that? I'm super disappointed

A lot of fans are justifying the game’s performance on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owing to their low-end specifications. The consoles released in 2013 and from the looks of it, Cyberpunk 2077 is too hefty for them. Having said that, CD Projekt RED officially released the game on these consoles; naturally, the game should at least be playable on them.
I'm gonna be honest, I was with the people saying you shouldn't expect a lot from a 7 year old console, and I still think you shouldn't. But the game should still be playable. Maybe not super pretty, but this? This is unacceptable.
The state of the game on all platforms is tbh.
