In the video, The Shadow is seen saying, ?Training 10 hours a day is not gonna build your muscles. It’s just gonna burn out. I was doing an average forty-five, fifty-minute workouts probably four times a week. And everybody saying; ‘ah that?s it?’?

Then Yates explained, ?I?m like okay, but come and do it. Come and do it and tell me if you wanna do more when we?re finished.?
After that, the video switched to showing some of the most iconic bodybuilders such as Chris Cormier, Evan Centopani, and Dexter Jackson working their muscles in the gym. The video also showed how exhausting the 40 to 45 minutes of exercise could be. Even the legends of the bodybuilding industry were drenched in sweat and panting. Yates has previously talked about this same aspect of training along with his laser focus on training and the tough life he had when he was in prison.

Yates had gone to prison when he was 18 years old. He was charged due to vandalizing a shop and breaking the glass of the shop with a mannequin. During his time in the jail, he started to concentrate on bodybuilding.
The six months he spent in jail yielded unparalleled results for him and made him one of the most iconic bodybuilders. He wanted to be the best in the?industry and therefore?did not leave the UK to come to the USA.
Previously, Dorian said, ?I couldn?t afford to be distracted in the States and relax. It would?ve been to my detriment and I knew I had a timeframe for bodybuilding and wanted to push myself to the max during this time span.?
