The Miz and Logan Paul defeated The Mysterios on WrestleMania 38. But the most memorable moment came after the match when The Miz turned on Paul and delivered a Skull Crushing Finale.
The Miz gives a reason for the betrayal
The Miz recently appeared on an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote his new show when Kimmel pulled up a photo of him delivering his finishing move on Paul.
While explaining his finishing move the Skull-Crushing Finale Kimmel asked him, “Why did you decide to crush Logan Paul’s skull?”
To which The Miz hilariously responds, “Look Logan Paul has a huge fan base, people that love him, but there are also people who want to see his face hit the mat and I am a person that I give people what they want, I create moments that last a lifetime.”

This led to a huge cheer from the crowd present at the studio, which led to Jimmy Kimmel asking, “But wouldn’t it be your opponent’s job to crush his skull?” The Miz then responds by saying, “It would but I like to have the moment, I like to be in the spotlight.”
He also trolls Paul by stating that Paul is even more hated than him. “It’s very difficult to make me a good guy like I have been the bad guy for 18 years in the WWE, I am booed out of the building, I’m chanted you s**k all the time, but when Logan Paul came in and I hit that Skull Crushing Finale, people celebrated.”
Logan Paul and The Miz’s future rivalry
While The Miz’s turn against Logan Paul seemed to hint at a future rivalry, though, Paul has yet to appear in the WWE after Wrestlemania. But ‘The Maverick’ was not shy to speak out on his anger towards The Miz.
Paul discussed the match during an episode of his Impaulsive podcast, where he opened up on The Miz betraying him by claiming he was “jealous” of Paul’s athletic ability.
