Logan Paul just had yet another blockbuster event at WWE as he went up against ‘The Bloodline’. ‘The Maverick’ is having a blast at the WWE. Recently, his younger brother Jake Paul also made his appearance at the WWE to fight with him. Although Paul is quite happy with his career at WWE, there is still in him the urge to win at least one boxing fight. Therefore, will Paul ever return to boxing?
In a recent interview, former heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs shed light on whether he would fight ‘The Maverick’. According to Briggs, if he fought ‘The Maverick’, it would be equivalent to Apollo Creed or Tommy Morrison fighting Rocky. In his own words, Briggs is the type of fighter that will ‘send you to the morgue’ if he was seriously fighting.

Briggs said, “C’mon Champ, look at me. I’m an animal. If me and Logan stepped in the ring? I talked about that once with Logan, ‘I say, hey man, one day you may be in a position where you may have to fight me. And you know, it’d be like Apollo and Rocky – you know what I mean?’ But I don’t know. When Tommy Morrison fought Stallone in Rocky – it’d be like that.”
So, will Briggs ever actually fight Logan Paul in boxing? As per what he said, he does not intend to fight ‘The Maverick’. However, here is what Briggs said about himself as a fighter in the sport of boxing.

Logan Paul fought his last against ‘TBE’. After his exhibition against ‘Money’, Paul did not fight another match in boxing. However, on being asked if he would actually face ‘The Maverick’, Briggs said, “Nah, Nah, Nah, he’s doing his thing and I’m a different type of animal.”
“I’m not that type of fighter. I’m a ‘send you to the morgue’ type of fighter. They got to make my fights with the hospital not being too far away,” Briggs concluded by saying. At Crown Jewel against Roman Reigns and ‘The Bloodline’, Logan Paul suffered a major injury. It will take Paul some time to get back in the WWE ring. We shall wait to hear his response to Briggs.
