YouTube star Jake Paul has become the butt of all the jokes after he celebrated his brother Logan Paul’s win over AJ Styles at WWE WrestleMania 41. This comes after reports revealed that ‘The Problem Child’ will square off against former middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr on June 28th at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

Logan Paul took on Styles, who is in the middle of rampant speculations about his future with the WWE, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The decisive win came after Paul lost five of his last six matches in the WWE. So, when Paul ended the match with his finisher, the Paulverizer, Jake Paul jumped in celebration, attracting jokes on social media.

Jake Paul celebrates his brother’s W

Jake Paul’s sports betting app, Betr, shared a clip on social media less than an hour ago, showing him watching the match from his living room with the caption that read, “WWWWWWWWW @jakepaul @loganpaul.” In the video, Jake can be seen celebrating the win as cheers of ‘W’ echoed through the room. Interestingly, Styles nearly didn’t get to fight Paul in the match because of a major Lisfranc injury he suffered last year. He has previously described it as “challenging,” which raised questions about how long the 47-year-old truly has left in his WWE career. Not to mention that, Styles’ contract was supposed to expire sometime this year.

However, the contract was likely extended because of the time missed due to his injury. There has also been speculation that Styles would join the ranks of stars jumping ship to AEW. Regardless, both Styles and Paul managed to put on a stunning performance that has come to be expected of both stars.

However, when the public discovered Jake Paul’s clip on Instagram, let’s just say neither of the Paul brothers would like the reactions.

What’s your perspective on:

Are the Paul brothers the kings of celebrating scripted victories, or is there more to it?

Logan Paul catches stray insults

Since Jake Paul defeated Mike Tyson back in November, unsubstantiated allegations have circulated claiming the fight was staged and scripted. Interestingly, those claims have now trickled down to the Logan Paul vs. AJ Styles matchup, despite the fact that all WWE matches are widely known to be scripted entertainment.

One user didn’t waste much time, sharing their verdict. The user wrote, “Scripted win.” However, this has never been a secret; WWE fans enjoy the show despite it. Another user poked fun at Paul for his reaction. The user commented, “Bros celebrating scripted wrestling 😭🔥.” However, Jake Paul might not have necessarily known that his brother was going to win.

Someone else claimed even Jake Paul was faking it. The user chimed in, “Staged reaction to a staged WWE.” But there’s nothing to indicate that Paul’s reaction was anything but genuine. The next user took a jab at Jake Paul because of his fight against Mike Tyson. The user wrote, “Not the first time they’ve celebrated a scripted win 😂😂.” But the Paul-Tyson fight was not scripted; Tyson was just old and gassed out. Even this user had the same idea. The user wrote, “Fake like his boxing matches smh.” There’s no concrete proof that Paul stages any of his fights. He even lost one to Tommy Fury.

That being said, Logan Paul’s win over AJ Styles was met with a mix of jokes and sarcasm online, as many felt Jake Paul’s over-the-top reaction to the scripted match was a bit much. What did you think of Logan’s win—and Jake’s dramatic celebration?
