Footballer Sebastian Joseph Day from Los Angeles Chargers joined Mike Tyson in the episode as co-host. The guest barely needed any introduction. Considered the most dominant skateboarding personality after the ‘Godfather’ Mark Gonzales, Tony Hawk began at 14!
Mike Tyson: Too Hot to Handle…..
The podcast began with a curious Hawk checking whether Tyson had tried skateboarding before. “Have you ever stood on a skateboard before…“. The affinity of the man credited for mastering the ‘900’ flip reassured ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet.’ Hopping over the board, Mike replied, “I don’t know, I’ve stopped since….” Everything was going fine till then.
It went fine for the first few seconds, but Mike couldn’t control his stand and fell back, landing on his chair. It seems his wife checked on him, to which a sheepish Mike replied, “I am ok baby, that happens…“. Nothing serious happened to Mike, though; the incident passed with everyone giggling. Sebastian Day couldn’t help but laugh.
The video ever since has been making rounds across social media. Fans couldn’t help themselves from joining with glee and excitement.

Some couldn’t help but bring Jake Paul in.
Disappointing, Mike. Jake Paul would have done a 360 kickflip after a 1 hour lesson.

Good that He Never Left the Ring….
Mike’s nimble footwork loves the confines of a ring only. Back in 2016, there was another incident of him getting on a hoverboard and tripping. He was advised to rest for a week after the incident.
The latest skateboard fall forced him to hark back to the hoverboard accident, and he mentioned, “Lucky that chair was there or it would have been a repeat of the hoverboard scare.”

Greats do fall. A reminder to all of us that they, too, are human beings. A good-humored, cheery Mike Tyson was able to brush it aside and have a great discussion with another sporting legend. That is what counts. But for amusement’s sake, how would a young Tyson have reacted to the fall?
