The wait seems almost over. Tyson Fury, who was suspected to announce his comeback after Joshua vs. Usyk II, is only a “week” away to announce his next fight. Although Oleksandr Usyk is unprepared to fight in December this year, Fury wants to get to business as soon as he can. While the rest of the world contemplated another Tyson Fury fight, ‘The Gypsy King’ was recently spotted with the newest UFC champion, Leon Edwards, at Clash at The Castle, WWE.

While the event was on, Tyson Fury took to Instagram, and in one of his stories, shared his encounter with Leon Edwards, the newest roar in the welterweight division of the UFC.

In that brief clip, Fury was heard saying, “I’m just here with Leon Edwards, the new UFC Champion. Get up there my boy, get up, come on!”

However, Fury did not stop there. He met Edwards again backstage, and this time offered the latter some advice he could use. Here is what Tyson Fury told the newest UFC champ.

Tyson Fury advices Leon Edwards to hold on to his belt

Tyson Fury, who made his pro debut in the year 2008, has seen his ups and downs in the sport. ‘The Gypsy King’ beat Derek Chisora in 2011 and won the British and Commonwealth heavyweight titles. In 2015, he encountered Wladimir Klitschko and became the WBA, IBF, WBO, IBO, and The Ring heavyweight champion. As a result, Fury is well-associated with the limelight and fame. ‘The Gypsy King’ who had his own setbacks in the sport, therefore, advised Leon Edwards to get all he could.

Fury said, “Now time to make that paper, man. Get it in, get all what you can, while you can, ’cause nothing lasts forever, sun don’t shine forever. And hold on to this belt”.

Leon Edwards, in his recent bout at the UFC278, knocked out Kamaru Usman with a stunning kick to the head. With this last moment victory over Usman, Edwards shocked the 17,000-plus in attendance at the Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City and those watching around the world.
