Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone is considered to be among the top action stars in the industry. What makes him different is his ability to push through in the face of adversity, even doing roles at the age of 76, a feat certainly deserving of praise. This is what made ‘Sly’ a pioneer in the genre trying to make his movies as real as possible. Naturally, many have praised Stallone for his determination to portray roles even in old age with UFC commentator Joe Rogan certainly thinking that Stallone is cut from a different cloth. He once praised ‘Sly’s work ethic for his role in ‘The Expendables’.

On a 2018 episode of The Joe Rogan Experience with former professional wrestler Diamond Dallas Page, Rogan had high praise for ‘Sly’. He claimed that the ‘Rocky’ actor was still doing action roles in his 70s.

But when you see him doing it you’re like, I kind of believe it. The guy’s still jacked, at 72, 73 whatever the fu** he is.”
