Woodley is one of those athletes who likes to keep his personal and professional life separate. Besides ‘Momma’ Woodley, fans do not know much about his family, for example, his wife. ‘The Chosen One’ is married to Averi Woodley, who is a fitness trainer.

Averi is very keen on physical fitness, which she regularly posts about on her Twitter and Instagram. She also has a YouTube channel, where she posts content related to fitness, mental health, and relationship dilemmas. As per her Instagram, she is also the brand ambassador of a fitness clothing brand, ‘NOORFIT’.

It is rumored that the couple has split as Averi’s Twitter bio states, Coach/Mentor/Trainer/Mom/The Best Ex Wife… “Win together lose apart” #SameTeam”. However, neither of them have confirmed nor denied it publicly. Regardless, the couple has four kids (three sons and one daughter) named Dylan, Darren, Tyron Jr., and Gabby.

However, he is a type of fighter who is referred to as a ‘headhunter’. ‘Headhunter’ is a term used for fighters who are always aiming for an opportunity to land a clean head strike. It can be a good and a bad thing at the same time.

Fans can consider UFC heavyweight contender Derrick Lewis as a ‘headhunter’. The ‘Black Beast’ relies on his strength and waits for the opportunity to land a clean strike to knock his opponents down. However, as fans witnessed in his fight against Ciryl Gane, waiting for the right opportunity led Lewis to lose the fight via TKO.

If Woodley waits around for a long time for an opportunity to hit Paul with a clean head strike, it will spell trouble for him. This is because the ‘Problem Child’ has proven himself to be a knockout artist. Hence, as the 24-year-old will also be on the lookout for a quick finish, it won’t help Woodley to be a sitting duck.
