Sonnen stated, “Particularly after we saw Floyd get beat by Logan. When Floyd lost to Logan, who is a big guy, who is a tough guy, but he’s an inexperienced guy and we saw that his size matters. Size matters to some degree, I might talk about he lost.. boy did Logan agree that if it goes the distance, Logan wins, it went the distance. All of a sudden, that’s pretty interesting to me, Nate vs. Floyd. In some degree, I would be curious to see the outcome, I would be curious as the hype, I would respect Floyd for giving up that size.”

Moreover, Mayweather mentioned in the near past that he will take on Conor McGregor in 2023. However, sources reveal that the rematch between the two would be a two-fight deal. The first clash will be inside a boxing ring, while the second one would take place inside the octagon.
Many fans believe that Mayweather might withdraw from the second fight inside the Octagon, as it would be difficult to defeat the Irishman in his home ground; Not to mention, Mayweather’s perfect 50-0 record would be on the line as well.
