On the undercard of Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. John Gotti III, former UFC fighter and BFC as well as CFC champion Hector Lombard squared off against Eric Turner in a four-round bare-knuckle boxing match. Contrary to everyone’s expectations, the mentioned bout was “pretty entertaining.” Lombard, who turned a boxer in 2020, won the contest against Eric Turner by decision.

Despite the size and weight, Lombard maintained a gap between his two legs and allowed himself to move freely around Turner inside the ring. Lombard countered some of Turner’s punches and landed a number of shots on his own including a powerful overhand left to Turner’s head. Certainly, Lombard took advantage of his experience as a seasoned fighter who has competed for almost two decades.
