Far from his recent exhibition matches, now that Logan Paul is officially signed with the WWE, assuming he would train and appear on a regular basis, we can possibly embark to think of him as a professional or regular athlete on a par. At this, strikes the question if Paul is capable and prepared enough to compete against those who have long been earning their bread taking part in combat sports.

Although pro wrestling has a compromising reputation for being scripted and staged, that it produces and survives on skilled and entertaining performers-cum-athletes comprises no doubt or mistake to the world. Therefore, for now, Logan Paul to represent a successful organization in pro wrestling would mean he is one, an entertainer, and second, an athlete. Given the argument, it is fair to ask, does Paul stand a chance against a skilled and professional athlete such as Paddy Pimblett whom The Maverick, as per claims, desires to fight?

“Everyone knows what I do. He wrestled in high school. I have a division one wrestler come over from the US who’s wrestled at 84 kilos out of North Carolina. Jason, you know what I mean? I have him; he comes in and wrestles with me. I’ve wrestled with better people,” he added.

“You wouldn’t be able to take me down. I’d put him on his back, that’s what I mean. This monkey car thinks that he’s going to take me down and hold me. He’s not going to get me down; I wrestle with a better southpaw wrestler every day. I can’t wait to elbow his face,” Pimblett concluded by saying.
