Moments After Conor McGregor’s Bare-Knuckle Offer, KSI Fires Shots at Jake Paul “I Didn’t Even Have to Fight an MMA Fighter”

Conor McGregor was at the Anthony Joshua vs. Robert Helenius event in the UK. After Joshua stopped Helenius with a heavy cross in the seventh round, attendee McGregor issued Jake Paul‘s arch-rival KSI a “bare-knuckle” challenge. However, before getting to KSI, the Irish mixed martial artist praised both Helenius and AJ. As per his statement, McGregor thoroughly enjoyed the event.

McGregor, who is of the opinion that “greatness don’t rush” admired Joshua for taking his time with Helenius in the ring.  In addition, he commended Helenius for taking the fight on short notice and making his team proud. However, following his words of appreciation, in an unprecedented announcement, ‘The Notorious’ challenged KSI and gave the latter a reason to fire his shots at Jake.

Following Joshua’s victory over Helenius, McGregor entered the ring and congratulated Eddie Hearn and AJ. While the Irish fighter praised the “heavy shot” that Joshua landed, he simultaneously applauded Helenius for coming in as a “last-minute replacement”. Anyway, after Mayweather congratulated Hearn, Joshua, Helenius, and the crowd in the UK, he addressed the CEO of Misfits, KSI. “And I know your man KSI is in the crowd,” Conor McGregor started. He went on to declare that KSI “couldn’t box eggs if he worked in an egg-boxing factory“. Along these lines, the former UFC champion issued KSI a “bare-knuckle” challenge. “So if he wants to get in here, we’ll give him a final. Yeah, Bare-Knuckle if you want,” McGregor concluded.

Moments after, KSI took to Twitter and bragged about getting McGregor’s attention despite lacking Jake Paul’s resume. The CEO of Misfits is happy that McGregor issued him a challenge even though he has not fought a single retired MMA fighter like Jake. Hence, he wrote, “Lmao just seen this. Jake Paul must be crying that I’ve got Connor on my d**k already and I didn’t even have to fight an MMA fighter“. While Jake Paul has not yet responded, fans are excited about a potential KSI vs. McGregor match in the ring.
