Jake Paul, on several occasions in the near past, criticized Dana White for the way the latter operated the UFC. According to Paul, White did not pay his employees enough for the labor they put in, but on the contrary, benefitted greatly from their work and the surplus value they generated using their bruised knuckles and arms. In addition, Paul condemned White for the want of medical insurance, which otherwise promised fighters security for the inescapable risks they took to run the wheel for the UFC.

White has not entertained the thoughts of Jake Paul. In a recent post-fight conference interview, White, on being informed about the rumors of Jake Paul fighting Anderson Silva said this:

“I don’t give a sh*t, do you know what I mean? If he’s really fighting Anderson Silva, and that’s true, it’s about time he’s got a real fight on his hands there. Regardless of how old Anderson is, yeah, that’s a real fight.”
Needless to say, White’s remarks express an irritation as he encounters a question on Paul. However, the fact that he acknowledges Jake Paul vs. Anderson Silva to be a “real fight” helps ‘The Problem Child‘ promote his upcoming and rumored bout.

On the undercard of Floyd Mayweather and Don Moore, Anderson Silva squared off with Bruno Machado on Saturday, May 22. Although 47, Silva looked good as he moved and fought in the ring. Following the end of the event, Jake Paul called out Silva saying, “I would beat Floyd and Anderson in the same night.”
According to latest news and one that is reportedly confirmed by TMZ, Jake Paul and Anderson Silva are on the way to throw hands. The date has yet not been revealed. However, the bout is said to be set for October this year. One can’t help but observe the age difference between the two. Silva is 47 but Paul is only 25. Although a pathfinder in Mixed Martial Arts, Silva turned a boxer quite late in life. He holds a record of 1 loss and 3 wins.
