Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz have a great rival history between each other. Diaz had put down ‘Notorious’ and inherently McGregor was quite critical about Diaz’s recent boxing performance against the famous Youtuber-turned-boxer, Jake Paul. Diaz lost a unanimous decision at the sold-out American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. In a 185-pound contest prevailing for 10 rounds, the audience got to see some typical Diaz taunts, However, Paul didn’t seem to have gotten fazed by anything the Stockton slugger did.
The Irish MMA fighter turned his attention to ‘The Problem Child’ when the whole conversation got deviated into an ugly back-and-forth. McGregor wasn’t really impressed by the entire fight and even got distracted by the mesmerizing beauty of the rapper, Saweetie, at one point.

Right after the fight, McGregor made a statement about the fight that has been deleted now. He also mentioned his trilogy fight against Nate Diaz. Then he wrote on the X app that he’d only defeat him with body punches, without ever hitting his face. Then he also talked about Paul’s performance on August 5th.
He stated, “Paul is a retard. Absolute garbage he is. Moving backwards like I was watching a fight in rewind. Holy garbage. Embarrassing stuff all round IMO.” After this statement, the whole drama started as Paul retaliated with a snub comment as well, and then the back-and-forth between the two didn’t seem to stop.
But suddenly, McGregor deleted all of his posts from the X app, and then Paul again made a final statement. He told him to text after he’s out of the prison or rehabilitation center.
Good boy deleting your tweets Conny. Hit me once you get out of rehab or jail.

Paul also posted a picture in one of his posts, where on one side, Diaz was choking him out. In the following picture, Diaz was on his knees after Paul knocked him down in their fight. Besides all the trolling, McGregor was firm about his opinions on the fight. At one point, he even tried to direct his energy towards someone else.

Since the co-main event of Paul-Diaz, everyone was captivated by the beauty of the rapper, Saweetie. She walked out Amanda Serrano for her bout against Heather Hardy. Then during the fight, she sat at the ringside the whole time, and then she also got involved in the setup.
As she was helping out a ring girl, McGregor must have noticed her. So he wrote, “F**k this, saweetie what’s up.” Well, this whole act of making a move on the rapper was again a shot at Jake Paul and Nate Diaz that he’d rather see a beautiful woman sitting than watch them fight.

The back-and-forth between the MMA star and a Youtuber-turned-boxer created the stir that most were expecting it would create. Not long ago, Paul had also called him out for a fight and claimed to knock McGregor out. It’s no doubt that Paul going against McGregor will be the biggest headline of the decade, but currently, it’s just usual online banter. What are your thoughts about this whole ruckus?
