The online world was all abuzz a few days ago as internet celebrity Andrew Tate was banned from YouTube and social media platforms. The former kickboxer had become a known face online due to his controversial remarks on women. However, it ended after he got banned. Take a look at what popular podcaster Joe Rogan has to say about it. 

In a recent episode of his podcast, Joe Rogan discussed how Andrew Tate gained so much popularity among the young masses. The UFC color commentator stated, “Look he plays, part of it is like a character and part of it, he’s a legit world champion kickboxer, who’s a hard man who doesn’t buy any pus*y bullsh*t. And that’s what resonating with young people. The worry is that he is going to the kids are going to listen to him because he’s big on TikTok.

Rogan further mentioned that his 12-year-old and 14-year-old asked him about Andrew Tate, and he said that he’s a legit world champion kickboxer.

“Why do you like him, and I was asking them? They said he says a lot of funny stuff on Twitter and TikTok,” Rogan added. 

Well, Top G’s ban has made a lot of his critiques go over the moon. He even posted a long video via ‘Vimeo’ after his ban, where he tried to explain that his comments had been taken out of context.

The Top G had a massive following on his social media handles. Apparently, Meta believed that the former kickboxer had violated their policies on dangerous organizations and people. Interestingly, the online platform ‘Rumble’ revealed on Twitter that they are happy to have Tate on their platform.

‘Rumble’ mentioned on Twitter that they do not take part in shutting down opinions, and are ready to have Tate.

Apparently, even Rogan had landed himself in a controversy with Spotify for spreading misinformation about Covid-19. At the time, ‘Rumble’ shared a letter from its CEO on Twitter, which stated that they are happy to offer Rogan a $100 million deal to bring his show to the platform.
