His Excellency Turki Alalshikh is on a mission to change the entertainment and sports landscape of the modern era. In addition to having introduced the first-ever UFC event in Saudi Arabia on June 22nd, His Excellency has another intriguing project scheduled for the near future. Interestingly, DC mastermind director Zack Snyder and UFC president Dana White are among the people collaborating on this project.

Even though His Excellency hasn’t made it clear what this endeavor entails, fans are already thrilled at the prospect of seeing the people involved. It certainly gives away the notion that something very interesting is in the works. In addition, Snyder’s wife Deborah Snyder, and WWE President Nick Khan are also a part of the project.

His Excellency took to his X (previously Twitter) handle and announced, “With my friend @danawhite  and the legendary Director @ZackSnyder and his wife the Producer Deborah Snyder and my dear friend Nick Khan…surprises on the way.” 

Perhaps, there was a meeting not too long ago that could provide some insight into possible developments. Apparently, following the successful UFC event in Saudi Arabia, Dana White and His Excellency Turki Alalshikh appeared on Jon Anik’s show and revealed that the UFC would make a return to the Kingdom in the early months of 2025. 

Speaking of the project, is His Excellency planning to do something unique during the UFC event in 2025? Possibly! However, something more compelling occurred during the discussion, which might be the impending project that the Saudi Royal recently announced. 

His Excellency Turki Alalshikh wishes to convince Snyder

Yes, you read that right. UFC being a very young organization, there are not many movies made about it. The most recent one is Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s anticipated film, ‘The Smashing Machine’, based on the life of UFC fighter Mark Kerr, who competed in the no-holds-barred era of UFC. During the conversation with White and Anik after the UFC Saudi Arabia event, His Excellency revealed his wish to work on a UFC movie.   

HE stated, “I want to have a meeting with [Dana White] and the director Zack Snyder, who’s a friend. We want to talk about doing [a] big movie about the UFC. Like ‘The Cinderella Man’ [or] something like this. I would like to convince Zach Snyder — he liked the idea — and convince also Dana.”

Both White and Snyder have not made any formal announcements on the project. Although there has been no announcement, all the signs hint toward a mega-budget UFC movie. But who knows?
