Joe Rogan, with all his thoughts, at times, could get really deep. In a September episode of 2 Bears, 1 Cave, Rogan, along with Tom Segura, discussed the true nature of happiness that was opposed to the material gains made in empirical life. Giving in to sensations received neither yielded everlasting satisfaction nor determination that sustained life.

Speaking of material gains, the two focused on the expensive and luxurious lifestyles of some of the globally recognized athletes. Rogan referred to the house once owned by heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield. The house in question had a hundred rooms and was nothing short of a castle on an enormous field.

Rogan said, “How about Evander Holyfield’s house? The one that Rick Ross lives in now. It’s the craziest house ever. It’s a f*cking castle. He’s had 50 bedrooms or something. Look at the size of that f*cking place! I think it’s on like some crazy amount of acreage too. 100 rooms! Got a hundred rooms, it’s amazing!”

According to Rogan, this sort of majestic house only came from the mind of a heavyweight champion of the world. Someone who had conquered everybody with his fists could think of living in such a house. Here is what Rogan added, saying.
Joe Rogan explored the mind of a champion who would want roses at his feet
Learning about the house Holyfield built for him, Rogan laughingly said, “He probably wanted people throwing roses at his feet when he walked out or in.” Evander Holyfield fought for over three decades in the ring. He was the only four-time world heavyweight champion and so went by the ring name ‘The Real Deal’.

According to Rogan, it was a house that reflected Holyfield’s character and mind. “That’s the kind of guy that wants to live in a f*cking castle! I’m Evander Holyfield, b*tch! Build me a f*cking castle,” Rogan added, saying.
It was in 2014 when artist Rick Ross bought Holyfield’s Fayetteville County mansion at an auction for a heavyweight price.
