Back in 2017, McGregor shook the boxing world as it was announced he would face Floyd Mayweather in a boxing match. In addition to this, there would also be a media tour where the two vocal stars did not fail to entertain fans with their clever jibes and trash talk. However, there was one moment that stood out for Rogan the most.
Joe Rogan details Conor McGregor’s iconic moment ahead of the Mayweather bout
On his podcast. The JRE, Rogan detailed how McGregor apparently had a ‘bon*r’ at a pre-fight press conference. He stated that in one of the weigh-ins ‘The Notorious’ had this and was not shy to let it be publicly displayed. “There was a weigh-in where he looked like he had a boner. In one of his weigh-ins Wild boy. He had a bon*r when he was weighing in for the Floyd fight.” said Rogan.
Moreover, Rogan also claimed if McGregor’s ‘bon*r’ wasn’t accidental, he was a savage for this. “He might be actually hard. Imagine if he’s that savage that he gets a bon*r.” he added.
Rogan might be one of the most educated people when it came to combat sports. However, he does have an eye for entertainment and was certainly in awe of McGregor breaking the boundaries of what is acceptable in a build-up to a fight.
Rogan suggests McGregor might be using PEDs since dropping out of the UFC
The UFC commentator may have suggested some bold allegations against McGregor since he left the UFC. In an episode of JRE, he suggested that the former two-division champ might be taking some PEDS for his new look. “He’s taking his shirt off and posing constantly, and he looks like his pi*s would melt that USADA cup. Like, it would just like burn a hole right through the bottom of that USADA cup,” he said.

McGregor has been inactive from the UFC roster and is currently out of the USADA testing pool. Moreover, his recent Instagram photos, where he looked to have gained over 30 pounds of muscle, did raise some questions in the eyes of Rogan, who thinks there might be something more to it.
