Francis Ngannou Could Make “50-Times” More Compared to UFC Champions for Tyson Fury Boxing Match

The next opponent of Tyson Fury has been the discussion of the boxing fraternity for a long time now. Since his last trilogy fight against Derek Chisora, he’s called out almost everybody, be it Anthony Joshua, Oleksandr Usyk, and Joe Joyce. But as it turns out, nothing has been declared official yet. Moreover, he’s even had talks with MMA fighters Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou for a crossover exhibition bout. Well, Fury has stated that he’ll soon be announcing a “big fight” still keeping the boxing fans guessing regarding his potential opponent.

The majority of the fans want Fury to fight Ukrainian Heavyweight Champion Usyk. But, Tyson Fury’s promoter has categorically stated that  ‘The Cat’ won’t be his next opponent. He has even hinted at the purse split information if the crossover bout takes place sometime in the future.

And one of them entailed crossover fights that have been an attraction for a long time now. Fury has stated that boxing pays far more money than MMA. So if any heavyweight fighter wants to fight him, then he’ll have to put on the gloves and face him inside the ring.

He further revealed that Francis Ngannou is showing interest in doing so and the fight’s got potential. Mainly because they’re being offered loads of money by Saudi Arabia to host a fight like that. “[The purse is] private information, but let’s say it’s 10, 20, 30 – f***ing 50 times the amount (UFC fighters make),” Fury declared.

Well, the prospect of this bout happening is looking more likely as the fight has been teased a lot of times in the past. They even had a face-off in one of Fury’s fights, so Ngannou wants to step inside the ring. And a famous MMA reporter has also shared shocking news regarding the current topic at hand.

He wrote on Twitter, “Tyson Fury x Francis Ngannou is expected to be announced very soon, per sources.”
