In a video posted on his YouTube channel, UFC legend Chael Sonnen discussed the potential options available for former UFC fighter Nate Diaz, given that now he has become a free agent after leaving the UFC. ‘The American Gangster’ discussed numerous options for the former UFC star.

Since he became a free agent, Diaz has been open about his desire to step into the boxing ring and try his hands at the sport. And, as much as the world would like to see these two titans clash inside the boxing ring, there isn’t any guarantee for the fight between the two to take place.
In his video, Sonnen said, “We know without hearing any rumors that he [Diaz] has got options. He’s got more than one. He’s got more than two.” The 46-year-old further discussed the potential bout between Flody Mayweather Jr. and Nate Diaz. He added, “We don’t know where we are with the Floyd experiment. As silly as that is, it’s got a massive tie-in with Conor McGregor.”
YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul has also shown his interest in fighting Diaz. And it is safe to say that the former UFC star reciprocates the same feeling. The duo has exchanged numerous verbal jabs over time. And a fight between the two cannot be ruled out.

Despite losing to ‘Money’ Mayweather, Conor McGregor put up a fair and hard fight with one of the best boxers in the world. And while all the praise for McGregor’s performance was pouring in from all over the world, his former opponent thought otherwise. According to Nate Daiz, losing to Mayweather Jr. was one of the worst things that could happen to ‘the Notorious.’

“Floyd Mayweather went and showed the blueprint to beat him, let him punch himself out, and in the 10th round, he beat his ass,” said Diaz in an interview with Ariel Helwani at the MMA Hour. What prevails next for Diaz is an area of interest for the fans.
