Fans Come to the Rescue as Jake Paul Apparently Gets ‘Exposed’ by Reporter at Post-fight Interview

Following the end of the Anderson Silva vs. Jake Paul fight, fans and the boxing world are inquiring what is potentially next for Jake Paul in boxing. At the post fight conference of the Silva vs. Paul fight, a journalist asked Paul if he would consider fighting an individual called Joe Riggs. Riggs, 40, is a former UFC fighter and since 2018, competed in the BKFC.

Riggs, prior to fighting Josh Dyer, expressed how he willed to fight Jake Paul in the ring. He believes that over time, Jake Paul has got better at boxing. Riggs, who asserts how Jake Paul has made 10 times the money he made through fighting, would fight Paul for free.

At the mentioned post-fight conference, a journalist asked Paul, “Okay, well, you know that Joe Riggs has been calling you out. Is he someone that you’ve considered?” To which Paul replied by saying that he didn’t even know who Riggs was. “I don’t know who the f*ck that is.”

Having received that for an answer from Paul, the journalist acknowledged how she feared Paul would actually say something like that in front of people.

After Paul declared that he didn’t know Joe Riggs, the journalist said anyone who was familiar with Anderson Silva knew Riggs. Receiving Paul’s answer, the journalist said, “I was afraid you were gonna say that which I find kind of funny because anyone who knows Anderson Silva definitely knows who Joe Riggs is. And he’s local. I mean I just think it would be a perfect matchup for you. I hope it’s something you’ll consider.”
