When asked if he hit his opponent behind the head, the Liverpool native quickly responded, “100% I did.” He went on to explain that he went for a body shot, and then a punch on the head. Darren Till, further, added, “I think in the second round, I hit him with a jab. I just seen his whole face into me, I think. He’s just like I need a way out now, and that was obviously his way out. And I was saying like mate, you’re an MMA fighter like, you’re a fighter, this sh*t happens. You’re rolling around on the floor for 20 minutes.”

‘The Gorilla’ was shocked to witness Mutie fall onto the canvas for about twenty minutes. Darren Till was in disbelief to see the paramedics arriving and stated, “I just think he just wants the way out. He just felt me power in there. He knew I was finding my range. I was probably going to knock him out in that round.”

The 31-year-old Liverpool native hopes to go up against ‘The Problem Child,’ next. Many have been criticizing Till for wanting to fight an influencer boxer. But he has his own explanations, and stated, “Sometimes the trolls and other people say ‘You’re begging for a fight with Jake Paul’. Well, wouldn’t you beg for a fight with Jake Paul? I know I would beat Jake Paul. I’d knock him flat out, but the guy trains hard. He’s put in a lot of commitment and a lot of effort.”

Till further continued, “Obviously, me and every other fighter would beg for a fight with Jake Paul. So if that’s what you want to call it, then we are begging. He’s the face.” With his enormous fan base, Paul has undoubtedly opened up a lot of new eyes to boxing, and any fighter, who takes on Paul, would unquestionably make a handsome profit.
