YouTube sensation, Jake Paul, recently expressed his unwavering support for Liverpool Football Club and their star forward, Mohamed Salah. As Liverpool’s hopes of securing a Champions League spot got shattered, Paul took to social media and offered words of encouragement to the Egyptian star.

Paul has been an ardent supporter of Liverpool FC for several years. Despite being an American, ‘The Problem Child’ has immersed himself in the world of soccer, supporting Liverpool, and engaging with fellow supporters on social media platforms. Thus it must have been heartbreaking for him as the EPL side failed to secure a UEFA Champions League Spot. Moreover, Salah also came out with a heartfelt apology for the disappointing season.

The 30-year-old took to social media and revealed that he was devastated by the team not making it. According to him, Liverpool was a side for which qualifying in the top four was given. Moreover, he was really furious that the team couldn’t meet this expectation and apologized to the fans.

“I’m totally devastated. There’s absolutely no excuse for this. We had everything we needed to make it to next year’s Champions League and we failed. We are Liverpool and qualifying for the competition is the bare minimum. I am sorry but it’s too soon for an uplifting or optimistic post. We let you and ourselves down,” he wrote.

 

In a crucial bout against Chelsea, United secured a 4-1 victory taking their tally to 72 points. However, Liverpool currently stands at 66 points with one game remaining which means that Klopp’s men will not take part in Europe’s biggest soccer competition. Despite this, Paul stood with Salah and the whole team as he responded to the heartfelt apology.

‘The Problem Child’ empathized with the disappointment felt by the Egyptian forward and the entire Liverpool fan base. He claimed that he still ‘loves’ Salah and also referenced Liverpool’s iconic anthem, “You’ll Never Walk Alone,” which resonates deeply with fans worldwide. “It’s okay we still love you. Alexa play You’ll Never Walk Alone,” wrote Paul.
