Notably, Peterson is the running back for the Seattle Seahawks. Meanwhile, Bell plays the same position for the Tampa Bay Buccanneers. The duo is said to fight the undercard for the Social Gloves 2.

Moreover, this event is promoted by the YouTuber Austin McBroom, who in turn will be facing AnEsonGib in the main event. The respective bouts are scheduled to take place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on July 30, 2022.

Fans react to the Le’Veon Bell vs Adrian Peterson showdown

Fans were rather surprised to hear about Le’Veon Bell and Adrian Peterson’s new pugilistic endeavor. In fact, many fans took to social media to share their thoughts on the same.

User @THEbrewster20 was surprised with the influx from other sports into boxing.

Meanwhile, user @dean_dayton felt that the entire debacle was a cash grab. Moreover, the user also mentioned that the crossover was pointless in both sports.

However, Peterson seems to be the crowd’s favorite. In fact, user @jujukjuke even asked Peterson to KO Bell.

Additionally, user @spencerflohrDMV mentioned that no one in America will be rooting for Bell.

Similarly, user @Austinfsk revealed that Peterson almost broke his hand because of a strong handshake. Moreover, the user felt that Peterson’s strong hand will be instrumental in assuring his victory.

Conversely, user @Slugg_Buggs was sure that the bout will not take place. Additionally, the user also stated that McBroom is yet to pay the previous fighters.

A few users felt that the bout was not a sound financial decision for both the fighters. A user even felt that both Peterson and Bell had bad financial advisors.
