Did Jake Paul just outshine Patrick Mahomes with that impersonation? What do you think?

Jake Paul is one of the biggest business minds out there. His switch from a YouTuber to a boxer saw him increase his net worth and value in millions. He once again proved his prowess when his betting startup, ‘Betr’, reached a whopping $375 million in valuation after the latest round of funding. Paul launched the company in 2022 with Simplebet co-founder Joey Levy, and getting such a valuation in the early stage of their business is a testament to their potential, especially Jake Paul’s PR brilliance.

Paul’s biggest strength is his ability to promote, and he knows what the audience likes and what will attract them. As the NFL season begins, the 27-year-old is once again showcasing his promotional skills by creatively drawing attention to his betting app. To enhance Betr’s expanding media presence, he brought on Haliey Welch, also known as the ‘Hawk Tuah girl,’ with her new podcast, Talk Tuah. Recently, Paul shared a reel on Betr’s Instagram page where he was seen impersonating NFL star QB Patrick Mahomes and revealed his first-pick lineup for the season for the match between the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens.

An excited fan for the new NFL season predicted a Chiefs victory as he wrote “Hammering the Ravens💰😅.” Well, he was proven right, as the Chiefs defeated the Ravens by 27-20 in the opening match. It was an intense match that went on till the last whistle as rookie Xavier Worthy came out as the new hero for the Chiefs. His 21-yard touchdown run and 35-yard touchdown reception were enough to prove his caliber and help the Chiefs pull off a very narrow win.

Paul’s throw impressed some fans at the end of the video, where he played a perfect pass to his friend after asking him to “go deep” to collect the pass. The pass mesmerized a fan, and he commented, “Just dropped NFL PLAY!!!” predicting the final pass of the match between the Chiefs and the Ravens. But on the other hand, many fans thought that the pass was underwhelming and Paul could have done better. “Go deep and fraggle rock, bro chucks the ball 10 yards 😂😂😂,” chastised an underwhelmed fan.

However, amidst the sea of Chiefs fans emerged a fan of the Baltimore Ravens. “Go flock,” wrote the fan unabashedly. The Ravens’ fanbase is often referred to as the “flock,” and the term “go flock” is a rallying cry used by fans to encourage their team.
