Recently, a YouTuber, named Captain Sinbad, tried to inculcate prime Mike Tyson’s lifestyle for 30 days. In order to reach some elite physical and prominent mental levels, the YouTuber took up this challenge. However, he was shocked to witness the results.

Tyson, back in his boxing days, used to wake up at 4 am for a 3-mile run. Later, he used to focus on his breakfast to hit the gym for sparring 10-rounds. Furthermore, the ‘Iron’ Mike used to go for lunch to spar even heavily and work on his boxing prowess. Later, he used to sit and chalk out techniques by watching tapes of other boxers.

Sinbad hit off his ‘Mike Tyson Routine’ with a 4 am jog, coupled with his healthy breakfasts and more. He even took on heavy gym sessions, with rigorous weight training and boxing sessions. However, the intensity of Tyson’s workouts and the YouTuber’s regimes were totally different.

Also, as time passed by, Sinbad failed to keep with the routine and he even took some days off. That said, not just for Sinbad, but keeping a Mike Tyson-like lifestyle for 30-days is one of the biggest tasks for any individual.

Also, the YouTuber failed to keep up with a good protein diet in the concluding days of this challenge. But he eventually ended up having a strong mindset to conquer his goals.
