Boxing has evolved drastically over the years, and today, it is not limited to just trained boxers. Internet celebrities and musicians have also tried out their luck in the sport, and today, celebrity fights have become some of the biggest events in boxing. Recently, British Youtuber KSI made his boxing return, but there was another man who stole the show.

Fans were excited for KSI’s boxing return, which was supposed to be between KSI and Alex Wassabi. However, the latter pulled out of the fight due to an injury. Following that, KSI decided to fight two opponents in a single night on August 27th.

He first knocked out rapper Swarmz in the second round at the O2 Arena in London. Later he defeated pro boxer, Luis Alcaraz Pineda, in the third round, setting the arena on fire. Defeating two opponents in one night certainly made KSI the hero of the night. But there was another man who fought on KSI’s undercard, whose boxing prowess was like a cherry on the top. 

Salt Papi stuns the audience after destroying his opponent in seconds 

Salt Papi is a TikTok star who became popular after he started enacting Salt Bae in his videos. Papi was scheduled to fight another internet personality, Andy Warski. Apparently, Salt Papi stunned the fans as he threw Warski on the canvas in just 29 seconds. Although KSI was the main attraction of the event, Papi’s performance stole the show. Even Logan Paul was there to attend his friend and business partner KSI’s bouts. He was stunned to see Salt Papi’s performance and suggested a fight between him and his brother, Jake Paul.

Upcoming celebrity boxing match-ups that fans are waiting for  

KSI’s boxing return has made his fans go wild. He made a spectacular return by knocking out two fighters in one night. After his glorious victory, he called out former kickboxer Andrew Tate and British boxer Tommy Fury for a potential fight. Interestingly, the two are also rumored to go up against Jake Paul inside the ring.

Furthermore, ‘The Maverick’ is also planning a boxing return, and he might face MMA fighter, Dillon Danis, on his comeback. Also, he has suggested a fight between Salt Papi and Jake Paul as well. 

Multiple interesting match-ups are probably supposed to happen in the future. But only time will tell if these fights materialize or not.
