Tyson Fury is unquestionably the greatest heavyweight of this generation. Over the past few years, he rose to superstardom because of his sensational in-ring performances. Not just that, but Fury also bagged the WBC heavyweight title to sit right at the peak with his undefeated stint.

More than his physical attributes, Fury employed his mental toughness to get the desired results in the ring. That said, he recently came up with solid advice for his fans pertaining to mind control.

He said, “I was just saying to the boys there while we’re doing a plank right. That your body doesn’t know about quitting. Your body doesn’t know it’s tired. The body doesn’t know that it’s shaking or rattling, it’s your brain. It’s your mind that will quit on you every single time. Your mind will let you down.”
