Like it or not, Ryan Garcia is a hell of a promoter! The Victorville native has managed to drum up quite the commotion on social media for his upcoming fight against Devin Haney. However, there is a very slim chance that everything he has claimed in the past week or so – is true.

In one of his frantic tweets in the past, Garcia alleged that people had taken away his things, so he could not make such revelations. So, when Garcia was hosting an Instagram live today, one of his ‘friends’ stopped the stream right after someone in the chat mentioned time travel. Here’s what happened during the livestream!

Is Ryan Garcia being controlled by his handlers? 

Shortly after the livestream began, Garcia’s friend stated, “Where are the boxing questions at? Come on! There’s a big fight [on] 4/20. Let’s go! We turn it up, and we [are] saving children at the same time.” Then, Garcia claimed, “We are [going to] touch a little bit on what happened to me. I personally am not [going to] speak about what happened to me.”

However, the ‘friend’ quickly realized that no one was asking questions about the upcoming boxing match. Instead, the discussion veered into the topic of time travel in the chat, prompting Garcia’s friend to swiftly terminate the live stream. “We are getting out,” the friend said. As expected, Garcia’s devoted fans didn’t like the interruption, which they thought was an act to silence Garcia.

Fans want to know the friend’s whereabouts!

It’s no secret that Ryan Garcia has a vast fan following online. So, after the incident, fans quickly started probing around about the friend while expressing their anger in the comment section. One user thought the live stream seemed very scripted, implying that Garcia and his friend had prearranged the entire stream.

Meanwhile, another user wasn’t happy about the friend interrupting Garcia in the middle of the stream, asking if the friend was Garcia’s handler. 

Someone else inquired about the social media handles of the friend, claiming to have something to say to the friend.

The following user echoed the same sentiment, asking people for the friend’s whereabouts.

One user felt the incident was “shady” because the friend decided to stop the stream right after someone mentioned “Time Travel” in the chat.
