If there is one thing a Mike Tyson fan knows quite well, it’s that you don’t mess with the ‘Baddest Man on the Planet.’ It appears rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine and Blueface’s manager, Wack100, was busy when that memo was being distributed. Even though the former heavyweight champion of the world lost to YouTube star Jake Paul, the story Wack100 recollected recently serves as a reminder of who Mike Tyson was. 

You see, ‘Iron’ Mike was known for his short fuse back in the day. He has even claimed that he is too sensitive sometimes. You don’t want to mess with people like that, especially if it’s Mike Tyson, who won 44 of his 57 fights via knockout. Regardless, back on May 28, 2019, Wack100 appeared in an episode of Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson.

Sometime during the episode, famous late rapper Tupac Shakur was mentioned, and according to Wack100, whose real name is Cash Jones, things turned ugly, which he revealed during an interview with Vlad TV recently. For some context, Tupac was Tyson’s close friend, who also visited Tyson when he was incarcerated. 

“He asked me a question,” Wack100 said, recalling the incident that led to a physical altercation between the duo. He explained that Mike Tyson’s natural demeanor wasn’t “aggressive.” However, he felt ‘spooked’ around him, something even the host of Vlad TV agreed to. The manager likened Tyson to a bull, emphasizing the striking contrast between his voice and the intense, unyielding “thousand-mile stare.”

Regardless, he claimed, “With me, you spook me, I’m getting off.” This seems to have turned into a full-blown exchange of fists. “I tried but it was kind of like, I was trying to get here [points to the chin]. But it was kind of like a skim and then he tried to get up. When I whooped, I took two-three steps back and he [got into a boxing stance]. And I kind of like, ‘Mike listen, you might not want to do that,’” Wack100 explained what happened.

The manager claimed that immediately after the incident, they sat down and calmly spoke about the situation, noting, “We left it alone, and we shook hands.” Despite the incident, Wack100 proceeded to claim, “We’ve been the best of friends ever since.” While Wack100 made it seem like Tyson’s punch missed him, a different version of the story was making rounds in 2019.

Did Mike Tyson’s Punch Land on Wack100?

According to a 2019 report from Okayplayer, Wack100 claimed the confrontation turned “crazy” and “hostile” after Tupac’s name was mentioned in a now-deleted Instagram post. They reported that Wack100 was known for criticizing Tupac, and Mike being Tupac’s friend, Wack100’s criticism may have touched a nerve. 

To add to the theory that Tyson had indeed landed a punch on the manager, the report claimed Wack100 hinted at being the aggressor and later shared a video of pain medication, fueling speculation about the outcome. Meanwhile, Tyson seemed to confirm the altercation with a post featuring a picture of himself and Tupac. 

He captioned the post, “Everybody has a plan ’til they get punched in the mouth. Ain’t that right @wack100” The actual footage of the altercation remains in the dark to this day. 

That said, considering all the versions of the story, it seems like Mike Tyson indeed landed a shot on Wack100, especially because of the pain medication clip.
