The Undisputed Junior Lightweight Champion division, Alycia Baumgardner, has just tested positive for two banned substances ahead of her title defense against Christina Linardatou. Linardatou was the former Undisputed Champion before Baumgardner defeated her and also avenged the first loss of her career. For such a claim, Baumgardner has issued a lengthy statement in her defense, where even Claressa Shields has supported ‘The Bomb’.

This could’ve been the trilogy fight between Baumgardner and Linardatou. But now, it has been revoked and Baumgardner is fighting against the accusations. Recently, she even called out the authorities for lying about her condition. On X, she wrote, “Body cold, they start telling lies.” The fans gave all their support to the boxer.
