Unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua is set to take on compatriot and Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard in a FIFA 21 battle. The superstar athletes will compete against each other in a charity e-sports program hosted by ‘Gamers without Borders’. Both Joshua and Lingard are playable characters in the game.
Despite being a boxer, Anthony Joshua has found his way in the EA UFC 4 and EA FIFA video games. So, Joshua will share the soccer greens with Jesse Lingard in the virtual world. Although the event takes place as a charity, both athletes have expressed their desire to win.
Anthony Joshua posted a picture on his social media and wrote, “Watch Me Smoke Jesse Lingard”.
