Just days after Conor Benn and Kell Brook bantered on social media over a sparring session, a boxing dedicated account leaked the video of the same. According to a source named EverythingBoxing on Twitter, Brook was back in the gym and showed interest in a bout with Conor Benn in the ring. However, Benn reacted and replied that Brook would avoid him due to a sparring session they had in the past. Meanwhile, Brook accused Benn of cutting the sparring short and only displaying “snippets” of it.
It has only been a few days since Brook and Benn argued over their sparring session and a brief clip of the same is now out in public. The leaked footage begins abruptly and only displays certain parts of Brook and Benn’s sparring. After Boxing King Media and talkSPORT correspondent Michael Benson shared the brief clip, several fans reacted to it.

Conor Benn, who failed his VADA tests, is finally returning to WBC. The British boxer is in need of an opponent to revive his career in boxing. While there have been talks about Benn facing retired Manny Pacquiao in his comeback fight, the British boxer seems to aim at a fight against Kell Brook. Following the leaking of Benn sparring with Brook, Daniel Bardsley warned that there was nothing to see from those cherry-picked snippets.

According to Reg, “this is the most blatant attempt to resurrect Benn’s career by putting him in with a retired Brook“.

Likewise, Scott Daly could not comprehend what Benn tried to gain by going after a retired fighter in Kell Brook.

Although Benn is now returning to the WBC, in his interview with Piers Morgan, as reported by talkSport, he revealed that he would not fight in the UK soon. Fans will have to wait a little longer to know if he would actually square off against Brook while trying to revive his career in boxing.
