However, Alvarez seems to be ready for this challenge as a new video surfaced of him displaying his boxing skills ahead of the fight. In the video, ‘Saul’ is seen working the pads with his trainer in what looks like a sauna suit.

Although Alvarez looked good on the pads, he certainly won’t be able to pressure Golovkin so easily. However, he did look impressive in this session and will be highly motivated to get back into the win column.
Only will tell if Alvarez can replicate this intensity in the fight and beat Golovkin for the second time.

Alvarez’s former teammate Ryan Garcia thinks that ‘GGG will have the upper hand in the fight. In an interview with DAZN boxing, the lightweight prodigy stated that Golovkin will get an upset victory and have a performance of a lifetime. “I feel like I think GGG is going to have an amazing fight someway, somehow. Of course, the obvious pick is Canelo, but I just have a sense that GGG is going to have a performance of a lifetime. I’m gonna say GGG,” said Garcia.
However, the YouTube sensation thinks that the Mexican champ can bring home a second win over his rival. “I got Canelo TKO after round 8. It’s not gonna come easy, but he seems more motivated than ever and he knows that his career is kind of on the line,” he said. Both fighters are great competitors who will certainly go as all-time greats. However, only one fighter can come out as the victor on September 17th.
