Ahead of his fight against Demetrius Andrade, a clip showcased the lightning-fast speed of David Benavidez. However, in a sport like boxing, where challenges fly wild, people can’t help but try and one-up each other. In a recent turn of events, Ryan Garcia took Benavidez’s clip as a challenge and shared one of his own, showcasing the impressive speed he is known for.

Ryan Garcia is about to enter the ring for the first time after suffering his first career loss against Gervonta Davis. However, if his recent clip is any evidence, ‘King Ry’ has got this fight in the pocket. Turning to Instagram, the Victorville native wrote, “After seeing the David Benavidez Video, I had to accept the challenge! COMMENT WHAT YOU THINK.  Next Saturday on @daznboxing @youngla.” However, when the boxing world got their hands on the clip, things did not look so good for the Los Angeles resident.

One user questioned Garcia about the clip, claiming it would not help in the ring. “What is that you are doing? It is not going to help you in the ring,” wrote the user.

Another user praised Garcia, crowning him the fastest fighter in the world. The user wrote, “The fastest fighter in the world.”

Someone else boldly claimed that Ryan Garcia will come back to defeat ‘Tank’ Davis one day. “Y’all stay hating on Ryan, but he gonna make a comeback and beat tank… watch,” the user remarked.

However, the rest of the comments were not so friendly. The next user questioned Garcia about his speed during the fight against ‘Tank.’ “Where’s this during the fight?” The user questions.

Even the next user decided to comment on Garcia’s last fight against ‘Tank.’ The user mocked Garcia by highlighting his speed, which could not help him during the ‘Tank’ fight. “All that just to get perfectly timed by the TANK,” wrote the user. However, as far as Garcia is concerned, he will come back to avenge his defeat against Gervonta. What’s more, the Victorville native claims ‘Tank’ needs him to make money!
