Oleksandr Usyk shook up the heavyweight division on Saturday night in London and denied fans the dream bout between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury. It seemed just weeks away from being unofficially confirmed, but Usyk played spoiler as he outclassed Anthony Joshua for twelve rounds straight.
Usyk, the former cruiserweight champion, demonstrated superior leg and head movement, as he looked the busier and more accurate fighter.

As Joshua will look to invoke the contractual rematch clause, Usyk will have to agree to it. Hence. we will get to watch the two heavyweights clash inside the ring yet again. Joshua will look to win his belts back as he did against ‘The Destroyer’ Andy Ruiz Jr. who put him in this exact position back in 2019.
