Following his first defeat in his professional boxing career, the American boxer Mikey Garcia made his way back to the win column with a win over Jessie Vargas in 2020.

After being out from the ring for more than a year, Garcia will return to action and will take on the European champion, Sandor Martin. This match will headline the event with two title fights, Elwin Soto vs. Jonathan Gonzalez for Soto’s WBO super flyweight belt, and Esteban Bermudez vs. Jesse Rodriguez for Bermudez’s WBA super flyweight title on its undercard.

Garcia is coming on the back of one win after his loss in the IBF welterweight against Errol Spence Jr. in March 2019. Meanwhile, Martin is currently unbeaten since his last loss in 2017. He is coming fresh from his recent win against Kay Prospere on April 2021.
